Retaining of Items in Storage - Guild Wars Forums

If I were to delete all of my characters on the account, would the gold and items in the storage be retained (kept there and not deleted)? I need to delete the one character I have left for PvP and GvG reasons (don't ask) and I have 320,000 gold (320 platinum) in the storage. I need a for sure answer, please. Thanks!

If you're just deleting one character of your four, all your items in storage would remain. If you need to delete all of your characters, do one at a time then recreate a new character before proceeding to the next deletion.

There are storage people in the PvP areas too so it wouldn't make sense for it to get emptied.
